Project Description

Performed commissioning of an automated control system using WAGO PLC and Schneider Electric HMI, ensuring reliable operation and seamless integration between field devices and the control architecture. Responsibilities included I/O checking and validation of sensors and actuators, testing and verification of PLC control logic, configuration of HMI interfaces (visualization, alarms, and operator controls), and execution of system startup and functional testing with real-time troubleshooting. Also ensured proper communication via industrial protocols such as Modbus TCP/IP and optimized overall system performance in collaboration with technical teams. This experience is directly applicable to industrial automation as well as HVAC and BMS systems involving pumps, sensors, and process control loops.
