Project Description

I was responsible for reconfiguring the electrical control panel of a wastewater treatment plant using Schneider Electric solutions. The project involved designing a PLC program with EcoStruxure Control Expert to automate the plant’s processes and ensure efficient operation. I also developed a custom HMI interface using Vijeo Designer, providing operators with real-time monitoring, intuitive control, and fault diagnostics. Additionally, I performed the calibration and wiring of various transducers, ensuring accurate measurement and integration with the control system. These efforts enhanced the system’s reliability and streamlined the wastewater treatment process.
